Our committed team provides exceptional care and support for children.

Fledglings Nursery has a highly experienced manager, deputy manager, supervisors and room leaders. NNEB and NVQIII/II are requirements for our nursery nurses. We continually promote and encourage personal development for every member of our staff. Training includes: First Aid (12hr course), Safeguarding Children and SENCO (Special Educational Needs). In addition, the nursery has experienced supoport staff including cooks, domestic staff and the support of a building and maintenance team at B&M Care's Head Office. It is important to point out that qualified nursery staff are there to care for the children only.
